GRAND FORKS — Judge Ted Sandberg said Martin Romo deserved to go to prison for years for a wild, high-speed chase through Grand Forks on May 7, calling it “homicidal.” But the judge cut Romo a break on Monday, Sept. 22, sentencing him to just a few months in jail.
