GRAND FORKS — Ben Strinden didn't want to give up his Iron Man title.
Strinden, a senior forward from Fargo, won UND's Iron Man competition for the third season in a row.
Strinden is the first three-time winner since Cole Smith, who is now with the Nashville Predators.
Smith won as a freshman, junior and senior.
The last player to win three consecutive years was Chris Porter in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
