Firefighters from Haverfordwest, Cardigan, Crymych and Carmarthen Fire Stations rescued one casualty from a vehicle stuck in floodwater in Llechryd on Sunday, September 21. At 2.57pm the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to an incident in Llechryd. Crews utilised a wading team and a rescue sled to reach the casualty and rescue them from their vehicle. Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service reminds that it is all too easy to unexpectedly come across flooding, especially on unlisted and country roads.
