Located in St Davids, it will be the city’s last large-scale development for at least 15 years.
Gareth Davies, director at GRD Homes, said: "Building here required careful consideration of design and durability.
Materials include native Pennant stone, Cambrian Slate roof tiles, and oak flooring, alongside modern features such as electric vehicle charging points.
Cambrian Slate, made with more than 60 per cent recycled natural Welsh slate, provides a natural slate appearance to satisfy demands for heritage requirements.
"It’s proof that even in the most sensitive and exposed locations, the right roofing system can help create new housing that blends with its surroundings."
