Some members of Pembrokeshire’s Cleddau Flute Choir will take part in a national Flutewise event on September 28, performing live at three scenic locations in the Pembroke, Neyland and Milford Haven area. Alison Blasdale, chairman of Cleddau Flutes, said: "We are actively encouraging people to dig out their dusty flutes, clarinets or trumpets and give playing another go, as it’s so good for your wellbeing. "Many of our members have joined our flute group after having a long break from playing due to family and work/life commitments." The event aims to promote the joy and wellbeing benefits of playing music with others. Performances will begin at 11am and clues to the locations include a "famous king", "a cafe by the boats" and "a bandstand".
