For the Averden, that entrance fee varies depending on the size of the residents’ housing, but it starts at $750,000 and can range to over $1 million, Vugteveen said. Vugteveen said Holland Home’s entrance and monthly fee is based on Ada’s housing values. Holland Home says its lifetime care promise includes services such as assisted living assistance, in-home health and therapy services, rehab, memory care, long-term skilled nursing care and hospice care.
