A motorist was killed Tuesday in a collision involving a car and tractor-trailer in Jurupa Valley. Andrew Sullivan said the truck and car impacted for reasons still under investigation, leaving the smaller vehicle significantly damaged. Sullivan said paramedics pronounced the victim, whose identity was not immediately released, dead at the scene minutes after the crash. “It is unknown if alcohol or drugs were factors in the collision,” Sullivan said.
