Bowling Green senior Caroline Childers repeated as individual champion and led the Lady Purples to the Region 3 Girls’ Golf Tournament championship on Monday at Willow Oaks Golf Course in Glasgow. The Lady Purples dominated the team competition Monday, shooting a combined 35-over 319 to win by 33 strokes. Bowling Green’s Ellie Morgan and Mary Douglas Childers tied for fourth overall after both shot 9-over 80. The Lady Purples’ Saanvi Aravantagi tied for 10th with a 16-over 87, and Rheagan Gathright tied for 28th with a 28-over 99.
