Western Kentucky junior midfielder Georgia Liapis has been named the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon. The last Hilltopper to be named CUSA Offensive Player of the Week was Katie Erwin on Oct. 24, 2023. Liapis scored her fifth goal of the season in WKU’s 2-1 win over Kennesaw State this past Sunday. In just nine matches this season Liapis has matched the total from last year’s leading scorer.
