The Model Y boasts a claimed range of 360 miles.
But for all of this, the biggest stumbling block with the Model Y Performance is that the standard car is so compelling.
A long Range Rear Wheel Drive might not have a 3.5-second 0-62mph time, but at 5.4 seconds, it’s hardly slow.
It’s not as sharp to drive, but the Performance lacks that final sparkle that would make it a true driver’s car.
