During a three-day employment tribunal, the 52-year-old mum-of-two claimed actions taken by Greene King during the break down of their relationship, amounted to constructive and unfair dismissal. Employment Judge Benson said, while Greene King's actions were at times 'clumsy, insensitive, and lacking empathy', they did not reach the breach of contract threshold. A spokesman for Greene King confirmed the company is taking the judge's comments 'seriously'. A Greene King spokesman said: “We are pleased to have reached an outcome of the tribunal. "We have taken the comments raised seriously and Greene King remains committed to supporting our customers and teams and to conducting our business with integrity, fairness, and responsibility."
