Mark Jenkinson, who has links to Cheshire, is the subject of a missing person appeal from Merseyside Police. The 52-year-old, who is also known as Patrick McOvoy, was last seen in January, but he was only reported missing recently. As well as Cheshire, Mark has links to St Helens, Liverpool, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. He is described by police as being around 5ft 6in tall, having short black-grey hair, being of a medium build, and having green eyes.
