On social media, Thames Valley Police South Buckinghamshire said: "Local Neighbourhood Team attended #Denham (train station car park) today after reports of a dog in distress abandoned in a vehicle. "After an assessment, the dog was taken into our care and the vehicle recovered as it was insecure."
