Apavi Group Holdings has had its prior notification application to convert Pacific House at Globe Business Park in Marlow from commercial use into 28 residential flats under permitted development rights, approved.
The purpose-built, two-storey office currently houses office accommodation on both the ground and first floors, with some meeting rooms and cellular offices also located on the first floor.
There will be 52 car parking spaces, including two Blue Badge bays, and 32 cycle parking spaces.
“With the benefit of a gated self-contained site with 59 existing car parking spaces; two of these spaces is used for storing refuse bins and so the effective number of existing car parking spaces is 57 spaces.
Pacific House was originally built in the late 1980s as business offices and has remained in commercial use ever since.
