Those Who Disrespect Our Martyrs Will Not Be Spared: LGSrinagar- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday paid a heartfelt tribute to the sacrifices of Jammu and Kashmir’s police, army, and CAPFs martyrs, while warning that strict action under the law will be taken against anyone who disrespects their memory or challenges the sovereignty of India. Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 20th J&K Police Martyr’s Memorial Football Tournament, the Lieutenant Governor said, “Those who speak the language of separatists and terrorists insult the sacrifices of our martyrs and hurt their soul. Society can never repay the debt of their immense sacrifices, but we must honour our fallen heroes and their family members,” he said. The Lieutenant Governor also commended the J&K Police for empowering youth through the Civic Action Program, highlighting the role of sports and community engagement in promoting positive values among young people.} Through the event, the Lieutenant Governor underscored the importance of remembering the sacrifices of the martyrs, promoting unity, and ensuring that the spirit of service and patriotism continues to inspire both the forces and the public.
