Caoimhin Morgan (30) from Ardnaskea Drive, Coalisland faces a total of 13 charges comprising six counts of sexual assault – four against one complainant and two against another. There are also three counts of sexual activity with a child who is the third complainant and two counts of attempted sexual activity. No details surrounding the circumstances of the charges were disclosed during the short hearing at Dungannon Crown Court where Morgan entered not guilty pleas to all matters. It is estimated the trial will last around one week. Judge Richad Green remanded Morgan on continuing bail to attend for trial on February 9.
