The case David William Kerr (43) of Grogey Road, Brookeborough was discussed at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on Monday. Kerr is facing a single charge of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another persistently made use of a public electronic communications network. Providing an update on the case, Barrister Stefan Rafferty said: "There are up to 20 witnesses in this case, but not all are required directly. The Barrister asked District Judge Alana McSorley to adjourn the case for two week to enable "witness availability". The case will be returned to on Monday, October 6.
