The incident occurred at approximately 11.54am on Tuesday, September 17 at William Street, Castlederg. It is understood that a red Case tractor, which was towing a silver and red cattle trailer, was involved in the collision. The tractor failed to stop at the scene. Police are keen to speak to the driver of the tractor or anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
