On Tuesday morning, Todd County Sheriff Tracy White pled guilty in Logan County District Court to an amended charge stemming from his May 2024 criminal case. Larue/Hart County District Judge Teresa McMahan-Miller heard the case in which White pled guilty to a charge of harassment (no physical contact), while the charge of menacing was deferred for up to two years. In the indictment, Sheriff White was charged with harassment and menacing. In the video, Sheriff White is not in uniform, and the video claims he was intoxicated.
