Penrith City Council has appointed a contractor to deliver the preliminary works for the long-awaited Dunheved Road upgrade. “The Dunheved Road upgrade will nearly be three years behind schedule when early works begin later this year thanks to the Albanese Labor Government,” McIntosh said this week. “I fought tirelessly to fund the upgrade of Dunheved Road and I have continued to relentlessly advocate for the full project to be completed as scheduled.
