Francis Crumlish (51) from Sallys Wood, Irvinestown is alleged to have stolen £115.05 worth of tobacco on June 26, 2024. He appeared by video-link from custody at the most recent sitting of Dungannon Magistrates Court where a prosecuting lawyer advised the matter is proceeding on indictment. District Judge Francis Rafferty remanded Crumlish in continuing custody to appear for a committal hearing on October 1 when he is expected to be returned for trial.
