FARGO—North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley held a press conference at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Fargo City Hall to "discuss an ongoing and widening investigation into conduct surrounding the creation and distribution of unlawful images," according to a release from Wrigley's office.
