BISMARCK — On March 15 and 16, 1920, a severe blizzard swept across the state of North Dakota. Unfortunately for the Miner family, Hazel and her siblings are lost in the storm and unable to navigate before being stranded after their sled flips. Matt Fern, a fellow Bismarck filmmaker, filed an ethics complaint with the North Dakota State Ethics Commission alleging Bielinski improperly lobbied Sen.
