FARGO — As Fargo school officials confirmed the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation executed two additional search warrants Monday at Davies High School, North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley shared more details on the investigation involving area students' alleged use of Snapchat to create and distribute sexually explicit materials. He said that while students at Davies have been the focus of the investigation, students at several schools are believed to have been involved. Those are not of interest to the investigation," Wrigley said. Under North Dakota Century Code, disseminating obscene material is a Class C felony, including sending explicit material to another person.
