Summit School District support staff seek union and bargaining rights, citing ‘low’ pay for some positions

Dozens of support staff from Summit School District attended the Summit School District Board of Education meeting on Sept. 18, 2025, to formally ask to unionize.

She said around 75% of support staff in the district indicate support for a union.
