JACKSON, Tenn. — Earlier Tuesday, Cypress Grove Nature Park hosted a press conference to announce their upcoming 40th anniversary. The event is hosted by the City of Jackson, in collaboration with Jackson Parks and Recreation. We spoke with Cypress Grove Nature Park recreation coordinator, Darius Mullin about what to expect for the celebration. Also going to do shorter nature walks where we’ll take you out and talk to you about the raptors that we have here–the birds of prey. Cypress Grove’s 40th anniversary celebration will be held on Saturday, October 4.
