Local rapper Marquon Dequez Fulton, also known by his stage name Kasher Quon, was arrested in Sterling Heights recently and charged with texting while driving and driving without a license. According to a Sterling Heights police report, Fulton first said he didn’t do anything wrong, then said he was on his phone while driving. Officers saw that he had several outstanding warrants including one out of Sterling Heights for aggravated assault and a felony warrant out of Shelby Township for identity theft. A cash surety bond of $50,000 was set in connection with the Shelby Township charges. He was charged $175 in fines for driving while texting in Sterling Heights District Court.
