Just last year, Stonestreet, Burrell, Bowen, and Ferguson joined forces for a commercial that satirized the fear of being left out. But all resolves in that typically heartwarming Modern Family way, when Cam privately assures Mitchell that he may have been left out of a chat, but he'll never be left out of the heart of the family.
