Immunisation is one of the simplest and most effective ways families can protect their loved ones. Spring is the perfect time to make sure your whānau is up to date with immunisations. One funded vaccine available is the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccine, which offers lifelong protection for all children and adults born after 1969, with just two doses. Here at East Health Trust, we support 18 general practice clinics who offer immunisation services throughout the community. All immunisations part of the National Immunisation Schedule are fully funded, so there’s no cost to you or your whanau.
