Two men are arrested in connection with a shooting on Bourbon Street over the weekend that killed a Chicago woman in town celebrating her birthday. Chief Deputy Superintendent Hans Ganthier announced the arrests during a news conference yesterday afternoon. He is identified as the initial shooter, the person who started this. 20-year-old Mekhi Jarius Andry, the initial shooter, was arrested in Metairie, while Dontrell Bradley, who returned fire after being injured, was arrested at the scene. Ganthier has a stern message for anyone looking to wreak havoc in New Orleans and put the lives of residents or tourists in danger.
