Grand larceny from Jewelry storeCOLONIE – A Ballston Spa woman was arrested for third-degree grand larceny on Friday, Sept. 5, for an incident at Colonie Center. He was charged with second and third-degree criminal mischief and grand larceny, all felonies, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. According to reports, Colonie police took Nathaniel Dennis into custody near the intersection of Frank and State Streets at 4:35 p.m. He was arraigned by Colonie Town Judge Andrew Sommers. Faima was arraigned by Colonie Town Judge Guy Roemer.
