The man who was shot on Sunday, September 28, in the San Nicolás del Sur neighborhood, allegedly by a soldier, died this Monday as a result of his serious injuries.
The incident occurred in the morning of that day, when the victim and his attacker were drinking alcoholic beverages.
At one point, they began arguing, and the exchange of words escalated into aggression, at which point the military man pulled out a 9mm caliber weapon and shot the victim three times.
The injured man was rushed to a hospital, where he remained in serious condition until his death was confirmed on Monday, September 29.
