A Minneapolis man was charged via warrant this week in connection with an incident on the University of Minnesota campus last week, in which shots were fired near Rapson Hall. Last Thursday, officers from the university’s police department responded to the area of Rapson Hall on a report of shots being fired. Witnesses told law enforcement that the suspect fired a gun outside and ran into the building. Surveillance video shows Mohamed arriving in the area and parking a vehicle in a campus parking ramp before firing a gun twice outside the hall, the complaint states.
