Portion of popular Lincoln street set to close WednesdayLINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department announced the partial closure of a popular Lincoln street. This Lincoln on the Move street improvement project is expected to be completed by mid-October, according to LTU. Lincoln on the Move is a quarter-cent sales tax street investment effort focused on enhancing Lincoln’s street infrastructure.
