(KLKN) — A cyclist was hospitalized Sunday after he collided with a pickup in Gage County.
Around 1:30 p.m., deputies with the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the intersection of the Homestead Trail and Elm Road.
The cyclist — a 51-year-old Lincoln man — was riding north on the bike path south of Elm Road.
Investigators said the cyclist did not stop for the stop sign on the bike path, entered the roadway and hit the pickup on its side.
