PHNOM PENH, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- The signing ceremony for the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) Special Fund 2025 for Cambodia was held here on Wednesday. Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Wang Wenbin attended the event, which involved 11 projects. Speaking at the event, Sokhonn said this special fund is a major driving force that has further deepened regional integration and promoted sustainable development and prosperity for all member countries. China is willing to further strengthen solidarity and cooperation with Mekong countries, including Cambodia, to create more high-quality projects and move towards building a community with a shared future for LMC countries, Wang said. The LMC countries include China, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
