Patricia L. Palmer, age 87, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2025, following a battle with dementia. Mrs. Palmer was born on the 17th day of August, 1938 in Grandview, TN. Mrs. Palmer was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Eddy G. Palmer of Oliver Springs, and by her parents, Paul and Bonnie Ledford, by a sister, Norma Evans, and by brothers Danny and Leroy Ledford. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Patriot Assisted Living, 209 Gum Hollow Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
