The former educator and trade unionist, Andrew ‘Teach’ John, is the man who got the nod from the NDP to contest the constituency in upcoming general elections. The constituency is currently held by the Unity Labour Party (ULP); both sides have new candidates for that constituency. “He ain’t jump up and say he want to become representative,” the NDP leader said.
