Press ReleaseThe Botanic Gardens, located on the outskirts of the St Vincent and the Grenadines capital, Kingstown, is this year marking its 260th year of existence. It was held on September, 8,2025 at the Curator’s House located in the Botanic Gardens, which was established in 1765, and is the oldest in the Western Hemisphere. Patrons can also look forward to the Gardens’ end of year signature event- Nine Nights of Lights to mark the event. He pointed to the Nichols Wildlife Complex within the Gardens that houses an essential wildlife reserve for several birds, including the St Vincent Parrot, (Amazona Guildingi).
