This law is expected to come into play as local law enforcement looks into the death of Murray’s Village resident, Enrique “Crash” McClean/King. On June, 16, 2024, Zeno “Sarge” Lee, Ronald “Pliers” Millington also known as “Soap up”, and McClean/King, were hanging out with friends at the Waterfall Bar at around 4.30 p.m. in Murray’s Village when a lone gunman rushed into the bar and shot Lee and McClean/King. On Friday, December 6, 2024, Millington, 40, could not run from a gunman as he was still using crutches to help him walk. The self-employed resident of Murray’s Village was shot multiple times in the head, around 9:25 p.m., and was pronounced dead at the scene by the District Medical Officer (DMO), as concerned villagers looked on. He was this country’s 50th homicide for 2024, and at that time, the fifth person killed in the Murray’s Village/Paul Over area for 2024.
