A broker-only open house will begin at 10 a.m., followed by an open house for the public at noon and lasting until 2 p.m. When completed, Timber Ridge Village will house 302 units in seven buildings. Factory modular construction is underway on the fourth building, while onsite modular assembly is underway on the third building.
