Teenager given five points on driving licence for road traffic offence on A133

The defendant, who cannot be named because he has not turned 18, appeared before Colchester Youth Court for sentencing last Friday.
Court papers show he admitted to driving without due care and attention on the A133 on Sunday, June 1.
The 17-year-old, who lives in greater Colchester, was fined £200 and given five points on his driving record.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £26 victim surcharge.
