Successful chain restaurant, Miller & Carter was established in 2006 as a premium steakhouse brand by Mitchells & Butlers, and now has more than 120 sites across the UK. Five of these are located in Essex, including a restaurant in London Road, Colchester which closed yesterday for a three-week refurb. In an announcement email, Miller & Carter confirmed the temporary closure and stated the site is due to reopen on October 17. The Colchester restaurant was last refurbished in October 2019.
