Essex Highways has revealed a traffic regulation order proposal for a toucan crossing and a signalised toucan crossing in the Clingoe Hill, both near Greenstead Roundabout.
The first would be added to the Clingoe Hill eastbound with the centre line of the crossing 25 metres east of the junction with the roundabout.
Zigzags would be installed 16 metres on the western side of the crossing and 5 metres on the eastern side.
