Vincent Hall, of Whitworth Road, admitted four counts of theft from a shop at Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday, September 10. All of the offences took place at Tesco, with the first one occurring on April 4, when he entered the shop to steal cosmetics and meat. The following week, he stole more meat products, later returning on June 22 to make off with another haul of meat. Finally, on July 30, Hall stole various food items, but the value of these thefts is unknown. Hall was not ordered to pay compensation on this occasion, because he was ordered to pay £600 compensation back in June for other offences and that sum is still outstanding.
