At around 3.30pm on September 13 a white BMW 1 Series was travelling along Dorcan Way when police say it was driven dangerously during an incident of road rage. The car is alleged to have been driven within inches of a van’s bumper during an attempt to ram it off the road. Both vehicles are understood to have entered the Covingham Mini Market off St Paul’s Drive where a verbal exchange took place. Police are investigating the incident and have urged any witnesses to come forward. A spokesperson added: “We are investigating an incident of road rage which occurred in Swindon last weekend.
