A collapsed manhole is causing disruption for drivers on the outskirts of Inverness. With a full emergency repair required on the BT apparatus and manhole cover, motorists are being advised to avoid the area. A Highland Council spokesman said: “Currently a works vehicle is protecting the collapsed manhole and temporary traffic lights are being put in place for required repairs.
