All are welcome to the al fresco, big screen show with activities beginning at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at Loma Alta Park, 3330 N. Lincoln Ave. Vendors include West Altadena Wine + Spirit, Altadena Cookie Company, Fair Oaks Burger, Miya Thai Food, Nancy’s Greek Café and Tacos 210. Other activities include lawn games, balloon animals, caricature portraits, face painting by Work of Heart, a performance by close-up magician Belle Daily, and LA Opera giveaways. Barger said the setting of Loma Alta Park is a perfect choice for the area’s first fall get-together. “Loma Alta Park has offered respite, rejuvenation, and resources for many in Altadena as our community rebuilds and recovers,” she said.
