The court heard Bickmore was captured on CCTV in Bramble Court - a social housing complex in Witham run by the Peabody Trust. On June 2 last year, he was seen chasing a man, who was then attacked, said Matthew Morgan, prosecuting. Mr Morgan said: “The defendant caught up with him and is seen to spray a substance, captured by the stills. A victim statement by one of the police officers said: “I suffer from anxiety and stress from the long-lasting effect of the substance. Judge Richard Wilkin condemned the actions of the defendant, and sentenced Bickmore to four months in prison to run consecutively to his current sentence.
