All staff were instructed to gather at The Great Hall for safety reasons. The alarm sounded on Tuesday, September, 23, at 1pm, during lunchtime, which left workers in the cafeteria with their meals halfway eaten. Initially, there was confusion over whether the alarm was a drill or if an actual evacuation was necessary. However, moments later, the alarm continued to sound, and a marshal instructed everyone to leave the building and proceed to the nearest meeting point. Scores of workers were redirected to The Great Hall without any disruption.
